GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised the nationwide project development and investment company VALUES Real Estate on the acquisition of the medical centre "Haubrichforum" at Josef-Haubrich-Hof 3-5 in Cologne for the institutional fund VALUES Health Invest I. The seller is a real estate investment group managed by Credit Suisse Asset Management.

Situated in a central micro-location on Cologne's Neumarkt, the fully let medical centre offers patients doctors of various disciplines, including, among others, internal medicine, surgery, cardiology, neurology, gynaecology, urology, oral and maxillofacial surgery and dental treatment, as well as a pharmacy. In addition, the building has some appartments and around 60 underground parking spaces.
