GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Ufenau Capital Partners on an investment in aTmos Group, a leading integrated full-service provider for complex energy-efficient refurbishments of building envelopes of commercial and industrial properties with headquarters in Riedstadt, Germany.
In addition to modern roof and facade technology, aTmos Group also offers industrial ventilation and air conditioning technology as well as control and regulation systems. Furthermore, aTmos designs and manufactures highly efficient smoke and heat extraction systems in its own production facility under the brand name Bovema International in the Netherlands. aTmos serves a large number of well-known customers in Europe with more than 75 highly qualified employees.
Around aTmos, Ufenau aims to establish a leading group of companies as a full-service provider of intelligent building services with a focus on energy efficiency in Europe. Ufenau will support aTmos Group in expanding its strong market position, broadening its range of services and extending its geographical footprint.
A GÖRG team led by experienced partners Dr. Tobias Fenck and Dr. John-Patrick Bischoff provided legal and tax advice to Ufenau on the investment. Frankfurt-based private equity expert Tobias Fenck has already provided legal advice to the Swiss investor group on numerous transactions in the German market since 2017.
