Dr Bischoff offers advice on corporate law to national and international companies. He specialises in healthcare transactions. In addition, he advises on the formation of corporate structures, the formation and transformation of companies, and shareholder disputes.
Dr John-Patrick Bischoff is a member of the corporate law team/M&A as well as the sector group on healthcare. He advises national and international corporations, financial investors and medium-sized companies on national and international M&A transactions, joint ventures and transformation structuring measures. In addition, Dr Bischoff offers advice on all matters of corporate law and corporate disputes. In particular, John-Patrick Bischoff specialises in advising for clients in the healthcare sector and for international transactions.
John-Patrick Bischoff is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. Before joining GÖRG, he worked as a lawyer for a major international law firm.
After his law studies at universities in Passau and Munich, Dr Bischoff completed an LL.M. course at the University of London with a focus on International Business Law. He completed his law training with clerkships at US-American business law firms in Hamburg. He subsequently gained his doctorate in law at the University of Kiel with the topic of international arbitration.
He was admitted to the bar in 2008.
