GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB has signed the "Charta der Vielfalt" - a corporate initiative to promote diversity in companies and institutions. The core of the initiative is the promotion and appreciation of all employees regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or ideology, disability, age, sexual orientation and identity.
By signing the "Charta der Vielfalt", GÖRG commits itself to a business culture based on recognition and appreciation of diversity. Managing partner Dr. Michael Dolfen comments: "The diversity of the talents and potential of our colleagues is an essential success factor for our work. By signing the "Charta der Vielfalt", we are setting an internal and external signal. It is self-evident and should be part of our own culture to treat all people with respect and without prejudice."
The "Charta der Vielfalt" was launched at the end of 2006 by BP Europa SE (formerly Deutsche BP), Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Telekom and Daimler. More than 1,750 companies and public institutions have already signed the "Charta der Vielfalt". The number of new signatories is growing constantly. The non-profit association Charta der Vielfalt e. V. has been supporting the initiative since 2010 and commenced operations in 2011 under the patronage of Dr. Angela Merkel.
