Christian Assmann is a tax consultant and associated partner at BWLS Partnerschaft mbB in Hamburg.

Christian Assmann advises companies and the public sector primarily on business management issues. In particular, he has extensive experience in the preparation of integrated corporate planning and short-term liquidity planning. This enables him to identify the expected business and tax implications of alternative business actions in advance. He regularly supports companies in the analysis, optimization and development of their existing reporting structures. Sound corporate planning is also the cornerstone for an appropriate company valuation, which he regularly prepares.

Christian Assmann also regularly deals with business management issues for the public sector. He regularly accompanies public procurement procedures and deals with the preparation and validation of cost calculations, accounts and valuations.

Another focus of his work is supporting companies through economic crises. Christian Assmann supports the parties involved, such as management and/or insolvency administrators, in analyzing and optimizing the implemented business management processes and in dealing with other business management issues.

Christian Assmann also acts as audit manager for audits of annual financial statements under commercial law.
