Daniel Seibt offers advice on all aspects of real estate law to national and international companies. In particular, he has many years of experience supporting real estate transactions (asset and share deals) and real estate financing. Ongoing asset management advice, in particular drafting and negotiating leases and real estate management contracts forms a further area of focus. Daniel Seibt has many years of experience of real estate law litigation and out-of-court dispute settlement.

Daniel Seibt has been a member of the advisory council of GÖRG since 2012, and has also been head of the Berlin office since 2018. Before joining GÖRG in 2005, he worked as a lawyer at a large international law firm in Berlin and in the legal department of a Berlin bank as part of a secondment.
After studying law at universities in Munich and Passau, Daniel Seibt completed his legal training in Munich with clerkships at business law firms in Munich and London (UK).
He was admitted to the bar in Munich in 1999.
