Dirk Lahmann advises national and international companies on all matters of corporate restructuring, including insolvency law implications. In particular, he has considerable experience advising on corporate acquisitions, reorganisations and restructurings in the context of insolvency. Another key area of activity is providing advice to medium-sized industrial enterprises on issues of corporate law and those related to capital markets, as well as preparing contracts.

Dirk Lahmann is a counsel at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.
After completing his legal studies at universities in Kiel and Würzburg, and his legal training, Dirk Lahmann worked in corporate finance at a major bank in Frankfurt for nine years, then worked as a consultant in corporate finances for a private bank, also in Frankfurt, for another five years.
Dirk Lahmann has been a lawyer since 2004; prior to working for GÖRG, he worked in Hamburg at a firm specialised in restructuring and insolvency law.
