Dr Elisabeth Marz advises national and international companies on all aspects of IP, including trademark law, IP protection for designs, patent law, licensing rights, as well as competition law, labelling law, copyright, personal rights and media law. She also specialises in advising on health law, in particular medical law, pharmaceutical law, food law and cosmetics law. In particular, she advises on the production, distribution and marketing of food (as well as food supplements), medicines and medical products (e.g. regulatory compliance, labelling, advertising, terms and conditions, distribution and licensing agreements, product liability and recalls, and matters of consumer protection).

Dr Elisabeth Marz is an associated partner in the Cologne office of GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. 

After studying law at universities in Bonn and Geneva (Switzerland), she obtained her doctorate from the University of Bonn, then completed her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne.

She was admitted to the bar at the end of 2011, and joined GÖRG in the same year.
