Under the lead of our partner Christopher Schiller, GÖRG provided comprehensive advice to Rubix Holding Deutschland GmbH on the acquisition of all shares in Konrad Haluk Industriebedarf GmbH from the previous owner.
GÖRG's interdisciplinary team provided comprehensive support for the transaction in all relevant legal areas, from transaction structuring and due diligence to contract negotiations and the successful implementation of the transaction. The transaction strengthens Rubix's position in the industrial supply sector and expands its service portfolio to include a long-established supplier. For almost 50 years, Konrad Haluk Industriebedarf GmbH has been supplying customers in the mechanical and plant engineering sector with quality products from an extensive standard range as well as special solutions in the fields of roller bearings, housings, linear and mechanical drive technology.
The Rubix Group is Europe's largest supplier of MRO products and technical services, with more than 8,500 employees at over 750 locations in 22 countries and a turnover of more than EUR 3 billion. Rubix was formed in 2017 through the merger of the Brammer Group and the IPH Group and acquisition by private equity investor Advent International.
