Dr. Stephanie Reuvers is a lawyer and Counsel at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Cologne. She advises national and international companies in all areas of intellectual property law as well as competition, media and copyright law, both in and out of court and in transactions. She focuses in particular on advising on advertising measures (outbound and online marketing), product design and liability issues in the area of online distribution. Her expertise also includes the defence of intellectual property rights and copyrights in infringement proceedings, in particular in the context of warning letters and interim injunction proceedings.

Another focus of her work is in the area of commercial law, including the drafting and review of general terms and conditions and distribution agreements, the drafting of competition terms and conditions and the legally compliant design of websites and digital business models. 

Dr. Reuvers also has many years of in-house experience at a large international online marketplace. The experience she gained on the client side during this secondment contributes, among other things, to the fact that she always delivers practice-oriented work results.
