Dr. Thomas Schmitz-Justen advises companies operating nationally and internationally, insolvency administrators, creditors and other stakeholders on all matters relating to insolvency law and restructuring. This includes advice in both in- and out-of-court disputes. Dr. Schmitz-Justen also regularly publishes in academic journals. For his dissertation, he was awarded the research prize of the Working Group Insolvency and Restructuring of the German Bar Association. |
