She has particular experience in providing labour law advice regarding corporate acquisitions, reorganisations and restructurings, as well as providing advice on collective bargaining and works constitutional matters. Further areas of speciality are data protection legislation and laws regarding the digital economy. In particular, Meganush Hambarsoomian advises on matters relating to employee data protection. Meganush Hambarsoomian is an associate at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.
She studied law at the Universities of Bonn and Cologne, and completed her legal training in Cologne, including a clerkship at a large international law firm. Before joining GÖRG, she worked as a labour law lawyer at a German business law firm in Cologne.
She was admitted to the bar in 2017.
