Michael Gierth advises domestic and international clients on all legal matters relating to financing, acquisition, development, management, leasing and sale of real estate, as well as in the field of investments in real estate funds. His fields of activity also include managing and providing support for extra-judicial negotiations, developing strategies for extra-judicial dispute resolution, as well as independently representing clients in court proceedings, and drafting legal documents and legal opinions on complex matters relating to commercial real estate law.

He also advises clients on real estate transactions (asset and share deals, forward deals, sale and lease-back transactions and legal due diligence procedures), project developments, commercial rental/leasing law, as well as construction and plant construction law, and architecture and engineering law. His legal focus is on the comprehensive planning and negotiation of property or share purchase agreements, construction contracts, leasehold contracts, rental contracts, and project development and project management contracts.
