Tony Beyer offers national and international companies advice on litigation and arbitration.



Tony Beyer advises on banking and corporate law as well as providing litigation for German credit institutes, and national and international companies. As a specialist for banking and capital markets law, he offers consultancy on matters concerning banking and capital markets law with a particular focus on litigation and contract drafting. His activities include defending and enforcing claims in all banking transactions and the associated consultancy tasks. This includes, among other things, disputes with regard to financial instruments, such as profit participation rights and funds, as well as in relation to payment services. His activities concerning contract drafting include reviewing syndicate agreements and preparing concepts and contracts related to issuing investment products. A further focus is acting as advisor on corporate law both in and out of court.


Tony Beyer is an associated partner in GÖRG’s Berlin office. He has been a lawyer with GÖRG in the area of litigation management since 2014. Tony Beyer began his work at GÖRG as a legal assistant during his course work. He then went on to become a research assistant at GÖRG upon passing his first state examination.

After his studies at the Free University of Berlin, Tony Beyer completed his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin.

He was admitted to the bar in March 2014. Tony Beyer has been a specialist in banking and capital markets law since 2018.
