On 3 May 2023, the Kassel Local Court ordered provisional self-administration over the assets of the Wolfhagen-based Seniorenzentrum Wolfhagen gGmbH. GÖRG partners Dr. Raul Taras and Guido Utsch were appointed to the management of the company to assist the directors.

The aim of the self-administration proceedings is to sustainably restructure the Seniorenzentrum Wolfhagen and thus to make it fully economically viable again. All jobs of the approximately 180 employees are to be preserved. During the proceedings, the nursing operations of the old people's home will continue seamlessly. Salaries are also secured for an initial period of three months through insolvency benefits. 

The GÖRG team around the two reorganisation and restructuring experts Dr. Raul Taras and Guido Utsch will now work out a restructuring plan together with the operational management of the senior citizens' centre. Lawyer Kai Dellit of the law firm hww hermann wienberg wilhelm was appointed provisional trustee of the company by the Kassel Local Court.
