GÖRG advises DIC Asset on new letting of former Kaufhof location in Bremen
GÖRG, led by Dr. Sergio Bińkowski, has fully advised DIC Asset AG on the new letting of a property in Papenstrasse in Bremen. After the previous main tenant Karstadt-Kaufhof terminated the location as of November due to restructuring measures, the 26,000 sqm property is now fully let again.
In order to maintain the popular shopping centre in the centre of Bremen, new leases have been concluded with three major and additional tenants: Saturn and EDEKA, the two former subtenants of Karstadt-Kaufhof, have now signed direct leases with DIC Asset for around 10,200 sqm. One of the new tenants is Opti-Wohnwelt - the furniture store has rented approx. 15,500 sqm of the space that has become available. GÖRG provided DIC with comprehensive real estate law advice in connection with the conclusion of all major lease agreements (Saturn, EDEKA, Opti, Brepark).
