GÖRG has once again been recognized as one of Germany’s leading law firms for handling corporate crises: In its latest ranking, WirtschaftsWoche has named GÖRG a “TOP Law Firm 2025” in the fields of insolvency law and restructuring.
In addition, seven GÖRG partners received individual recognition for their outstanding expertise:
- Dr Karl-Friedrich Curtze, Prof Dr Gerrit Hölzle, Dr Holger Leichtle, Stefan Liese, and Prof Dr Torsten Martini were named Top Lawyers 2025 for Insolvency Law,

The ranking is based on an independent survey conducted by the Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) on behalf of WirtschaftsWoche. More than 1,700 legal professionals from 176 law firms were asked to name the most highly regarded colleagues in the fields of insolvency and restructuring. A distinguished jury then selected the final list of top advisors.
