[Hamburg, ] A GÖRG team led by Hamburg partner Dr. Frank Evers has advised Alliance Automotive Group on the acquisition of the German Hennig Fahrzeugteile Group. The transaction is subject to approval by the German Antitrust Authorities. With this acquisition Alliance Automotive Group continues its expansion in Germany.
