GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB, led by Cologne partners Dr. Alexander Kessler and Thoralf Herbold, advised Pacifico Renewables Yield AG (ISIN: DE000A2YN371, Düsseldorf Stock Exchange) on the acquisition of a solar park near Letschin in Brandenburg with a total installed capacity of 7.6 MW.
The acquisition of the solar park is part of a capital increase against contribution in kind of Pacifico Renewables Yield AG under partial use of the company's authorised capital with exclusion of shareholders' subscription rights. The seller of the solar park and new shareholder of the company is the WIRTH GRUPPE, with which a further cooperation in the field of renewable energies is intended.
GÖRG advised on the entire transaction in terms of energy law, stock corporation law, capital markets law and financing.
