GÖRG advises Ampega on the acquisition of a refurbished office and commercial building in a prime location in Flensburg
GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Ampega Asset Managment GmbH, Cologne (Ampega), on the acquisition of the former main branch of Nord-Ostsee-Sparkasse in Flensburg city center for an affiliated group company. The seller is a project company of the real estate developer MIB AG.
The commercial building with business, office and practice space at Holm 22-28 was extensively remodeled, modernized and refurbished until 2020 and leased as a multi-tenant property to, among others, Woolworth, Nord-Ostsee-Sparkasse, Berlitz, JEP Rechtsanwälte Notare and Limehome. The property, with around 5,000 m² of leasable space, includes a leased parking garage with car and bicycle parking spaces. Lease negotiations are currently underway for a retail space of around 600 m².

On the seller side, the transaction was legally accompanied by the law firm BRL Boege Rohde Luebbehuesen under the lead management of partner Dr. Marc Biebelheimer (Berlin).
