Dr Jochen Lehmann is a partner at the GÖRG Cologne office. He advises and represents national and international companies in all legal disputes. He also has many years of experience coordinating and managing cross-border disputes. A further area of specialisation is advising in the field of insurance law, which is often associated with litigation matters, but also includes insurance supervisory law and sales. Another key area of activity is data protection law.

Dr Jochen Lehmann is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.
Following his degree in law at the University of Bonn, he also completed his legal training in Bonn. At the same time, he obtained his doctorate from the University of Bonn under Prof Dr Gerd Kleinheyer, on the concept of ownership in civil law.
He was admitted to the bar in 2000.
