Jan Schellenberger is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Cologne. He advises national and international companies on real estate and energy law with a focus on construction and plant engineering law.
Thanks to his many years of experience in supporting project developments in the real estate, energy and infrastructure sectors, Jan Schellenberger has extensive expertise in the structuring, drafting and negotiation of complex contracts, in particular construction and plant construction contracts as well as operational management contracts, including their enforcement in court.
