His main focus lies in overseeing project developments in the real estate, energy and infrastructure sectors. He has extensive experience offering advice to builders, project designers and investors in the course of developing and erecting energy generation plants (renewable energies as well as conventional power plants) and of special real estate (e.g. logistics real estate, industrial plant, shopping centres or office blocks). Alongside structuring, producing and negotiating complex building and plant construction contracts, this also includes their implementation and legal enforcement. A further main area of focus lies in offering advice to investors as part of the purchase of energy generation plants (share-deal and asset deal), in particular of wind and solar parks.
