GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Ampega Real Estate GmbH, Cologne (Ampega) on the acquisition of the newly constructed approx. 70 m high office tower SPREETURM, Am Postbahnhof 17 in Berlin (Mediaspree) for a company of HDI Deutschland. The seller is a property company of NAS Invest Group (NAS).
The tower, which was completed in mid-2020, is centrally located in the immediate vicinity of Berlin's Ostbahnhof station. The Land Mark Building is designed as a multi-tenant building, has around 13,500 m² of rental space on 20 floors and is fully let except for a few floors. The tenants will move into the space by the beginning of 2021.
