Under the lead management of Frankfurt partner Dr Tobias Fenck, GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised several institutional investors (inter alia eCAPITAL, PINOVA Capital, S-Kap as well as MBG Baden-Württemberg) on the sale of their investments in BrandMaker GmbH. The new majority shareholder of BrandMaker is Rubicon Technology Partners, a private equity firm based in Colorado (USA), which specialises in investments in enterprise software providers.
BrandMaker is a leading German software provider in the field of marketing operations and marketing resource management with numerous well-known customers. With the acquisition of the shares, Rubicon has secured a strategic majority stake with the aim of further expanding the market leadership of the Karlsruhe-based company.
