GÖRG lawyers Dr. Holger Leichtle and Dr. Thorsten Bieg have been named Legal All Stars 2020 by WirtschaftsWoche magazine. Dr. Holger Leichtle, who joined GÖRG in the spring of last year, received second place in the legal field of "Insolvency Law". Dr. Thorsten Bieg, who has been a partner at GÖRG for more than 20 years and manages the Hamburg office, was awarded third place for "Restructuring".  

In cooperation with the Handelsblatt Research Institute, WirtschatfsWoche awarded the Legal All Stars of the past year for the first time – in each case three lawyers who stand out in their fields of law through special achievements and enjoy a special reputation, both in the estimation of their colleagues and the business community. 

A total of 20 practice areas were evaluated, in which 58 lawyers from 46 law firms were identified as Legal All Stars. In a first step, the lawyers of the law firms recognised in the market were asked about the most renowned competitors in their legal field. Then a jury of in-house lawyers, professors, litigation funders and consultants voted on the list, weighted law firms as well as lawyers and added.
