GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Corestate Capital Advisors GmbH on the sale of its shares in CAPERA Immobilien Service GmbH. The buyers of the sold shares are ADOMO Deutschland Holding GmbH, a subsidiary of SORAVIA Investment Holding GmbH, together with denkmalneu GmbH, which participated in the acquisition with 33%.
CAPERA is a full-service real estate management provider offering commercial management, technical management and tenant support for residential and commercial properties. With around 3 million m² of managed space, CAPERA is one of the leading property management companies in Germany.
The transaction was completed at the end of May. CAPERA, which comprises over 270 employees, € 18 million in annual revenues in 2021 and approximately € 2.5 billion in assets under management, was successfully sold to the buyers.
