JUVE Awards 2024: GÖRG nominated as ‘Law Firm of the Year for Insolvency and Restructuring’

Cologne, 16.08.2024

GÖRG was nominated by the renowned legal publisher JUVE as ‘Law Firm of the Year for Insolvency and Restructuring’ for the JUVE Awards 2024.

JUVE analyses the German legal market and presents the prestigious JUVE Awards annually to recognise outstanding achievements by law firms and corporate law departments.

Prof Dr Gerrit Hölzle, partner and head of the insolvency administration practice group at GÖRG, explains: "This nomination reflects the strong performance of our team. It is clear evidence that our expertise and our commitment to supporting complex mandates are recognised both nationally and internationally. Our thanks go to all our colleagues who contribute to this success on a daily basis."

"The nomination for the JUVE Award confirms our position as one of the leading law firms in Germany in the field of insolvency, restructuring and crisis advice. We are proud that our work in this challenging field has been recognised and see this nomination as an incentive to continue to set the highest standards and develop innovative solutions for our clients," adds Dr Christian Bärenz, partner and head of the restructuring practice group at GÖRG.

The JUVE Awards recognise law firms or teams that have attracted attention for their work and market position as particularly dynamic - both young, promising units and long-established players. Extensive research by the JUVE editorial team for the annual JUVE Handbook of Commercial Law Firms forms the basis for the decisions on the nominations and winning teams. Information from many thousands of interviews with clients, partners, up-and-coming lawyers and judges is incorporated into the research. The awards will be announced on 24 October 2024 at a festive gala in the Alte Oper in Frankfurt.
