GÖRG has advised VALUES Real Estate on the acquisition of the medical center located at Jarrestraße 8-10 in Hamburg for the institutional fund VALUES Health Invest I. The seller is CLS Holdings plc.
The fully leased medical center, situated in Hamburg’s Winterhude district, offers a total rental space of approximately 5,500 square meters as well as an underground parking garage with 50 parking spaces. Originally constructed in 2001 as an office building, the property has evolved over the years into a modern medical center and now houses various medical services, including a dental practice, behavioral therapy, and a medical care service. The daycare center located on the ground floor further enhances the property’s social character.
