GÖRG provided comprehensive legal advice to the Berlin-based PropTech company Arbio Group GmbH (Arbio) on its USD 36 million Series A financing round.
The financing round was led by Eurazeo, with participation from Open Ocean and existing investors Atlantic Labs, as well as prominent angel investors such as Philipp Freise and Justin Reizes (KKR), Johannes Reck and TaoTao (GetYourGuide), and Din Bisevac (Buena).
Arbio is a Berlin-based company developing an AI-native operating system for the European short-term rental market. Combining technology, automation, and operational services, Arbio helps property owners manage their assets more efficiently while enhancing the guest experience.
With the new funding, Arbio aims to accelerate its acquisition strategy, expand its AI capabilities, and drive its expansion into new European markets. The company currently manages over 1,000 units across Germany, Austria, and the United Kingdom, leveraging automated processes in sales, operations, and guest communication.
