The acquired unit operates under the name Oxalis Logistics.

With Auctus Capital Partners AG, an independent investment company founded by entrepreneurs, the business will have a financially strong partner who will support the professional development of the activities in order to seize the existing opportunities in this challenging market and at the same time ensure the existing service quality of the Oxalis Group in the long term. 

The complex financing was structured as a combination of acquisition and asset-based financing. It covers the jurisdictions of England and Germany and was provided by ABN AMRO Bank.
