GÖRG advises Real I.S. on the acquisition of the "Quarto" logistics portfolio

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Real I.S. AG on the acquisition of the logistics portfolio "Quarto". The seller is W&B Projektportfolio GmbH, based in Walldorf. Led by Silvio Sittner, GÖRG and its team accompanied the transaction on behalf of Real I.S. during the purchase review/due diligence as well as the negotiation and execution of the purchase agreement and financing.

The portfolio with a total area of 13,150 m² is let long-term to a large vehicle parts manufacturer with a strong credit rating. The logistics properties in Aschaffenburg, Essen, Remscheid and Weilheim were completed between 2019 and 2021 and each have a total area of approximately 3,000 to 3,800 m². All four properties are in good areas and are therefore attractive logistics locations at important hubs with a very good infrastructure.

The acquisition of this logistics portfolio by Real. I.S. is one of numerous transactions currently characterising the German real estate market. GÖRG also regularly advises clients on the acquisition or sale of larger logistics properties, office complexes and shopping centres. Most recently, among others, in the purchase of the logistics portfolio in Reichertshofen and part of the Tri Tower in Hamburg.
