Litigation and Arbitration Expertise
Dr Christian Pabst represents national and international companies in the area of litigation before state courts, and during arbitration. His litigation activities focus on corporate disputes, the enforcement or defence of claims for damages directed against corporate bodies of legal entities, and on litigation in complex commercial legal disputes, in particular in the enforcement of purchase price claims, claims for wages, the enforcement or defence of claims for warranty and damages, as well as in the area of execution proceedings for enforcing judgements or arbitration awards. Dr Christian Pabst also advises companies in the drafting of framework supplier contracts and other contracts under distribution law (e.g. commercial representation or distributor contracts).
Career
Dr Christian Pabst has been a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB for 20 years. Before joining GÖRG, he worked as a lawyer for a medium-sized law firm in Frankfurt, and a major international law firm in Düsseldorf.
After studying law at universities in Bonn and Berlin, Dr Christian Pabst completed his clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin.
At the same time, he obtained his doctorate at the Free University of Berlin under Prof Adomeit.
