Dr. Nela Grothe advises national and international companies on all aspects of litigation before state courts and arbitration tribunals. Her litigation activities focuses in complex commercial legal disputes, in particular the enforcement of purchase price claims, claims for wages and the enforcement or defence of claims for warranty and damages. 

Dr. Nela Grothe is an associate at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. Before joining GÖRG, she worked as a lawyer at a major international law firm in Frankfurt.

Following her degree in law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg, she obtained her doctorate in law under Prof. Dr Paal on a topic of antitrust and data protection law. During this time, she worked as a research assistant in a law firm. Dr. Nela Grothe then completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt. She was admitted to the bar in 2022
