The property at Ulmenstraße 99 is part of the ‘maxfrei’ district development in Düsseldorf and is fully let. The main tenant is the GEA Group, which uses the building as its corporate headquarters. The property also houses a daycare centre. The Cologne branch of AUG. PRIEN Bauunternehmung was responsible for the construction of the building as general contractor.
