GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB has successfully advised the Altano Gruppe GmbH under the lead management of Dr. Tobias Fenck and Markus Beyer on the acquisition of three more equine practices by its portfolio companies in the last three months.
For more than three years, Dr. Tobias Fenck's team has been assisting the Altano Gruppe in various transactions with regard to legal advice. By completing the above-mentioned transactions, the Altano Gruppe has been able to further successfully expand its portfolio, which now includes 14 clinics and six associated practices.

The veterinary practice was acquired in September by the veterinary competence centre Karthaus. The focus of the practice is on gallop and trotting track services as well as tournament supervision and polo events. The Altano Gruppe is thus expanding its range of expertise into the Ruhr area in order to become active here as well.
About the equine practice Dr. med. vet. Rutmer Niemendal
The equine practice Dr. Niemendal was acquired by the veterinary clinic Dr. Schneichel GmbH on November 2. Through this acquisition, the Altano Gruppe was able to gain a competent specialist for ophthalmology, orthopaedics and dentistry.
About the joint veterinary practice C. Theile and Dr. J. Haertel
The joint practice was acquired on 2 November by the Veterinary Centre for Horses in Kirchheim Altano GmbH. The special feature of the practice is the mobile horse care. In addition, the practice offers a variety of services for small animal treatments. In addition to general health care, the veterinarians offer laboratory, ultrasound and X-ray diagnostics as well as soft tissue surgery and biological treatments for the patients. A cooperation with animal health practitioners, supported by homeopathic preparations, completes the range of consultation services.
