[Hamburg, ] A GÖRG team led by Paul Caesar Rode has advised the founders and shareholders of the Düsseldorf based app provider TorAlarm on the sale of a minority stake to Austrian e-quadrat communications gmbh. e-quadrat’s involvement leads to a strengthening of the existing strategic partnership and the continuation of the success story of TorAlarm. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price or details concerning the transaction.

With more than six million downloads and more than one million active users it is one of the most successful football apps in Germany. The start-up was founded in October 2014 by the brothers Maurice and Marcel Eisterhues and their father Dirk Eisterhues.
