[Cologne, ] GÖRG provided the team headed by partner Dr. Oliver von Rosenberg that advised Oakley Capital Private Equity in connection with the acquisition of Gelsenkirchen-based ZGS Verwaltungs-GmbH (Schülerhilfe) from DBAG and company management. The completion of the transaction is still outstanding pending approval from the cartel authorities and other institutions.
