The article by Dr Alexander Insam and Andreas Klein examines the influence of the new version of the UWG on the permissibility of direct approaches in the workplace and comes to the conclusion that the previous principles of the BGH continue to apply unchanged under the new UWG both in the workplace and in the private sphere.
