GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Ufenau Capital Partners on a participation in the IT service and consulting company matrix technology AG, based in Munich, under the lead management of the Frankfurt based partner Tobias Fenck and Cologne based partner Andrea Zimmermann.
With this investment, Ufenau Capital Partners is once again focusing on a flourishing company in the technology space and is thus pursuing its strategy of further growth, despite the current economic surrounding. In June of this year Ufenau Capital Partners - advised by GÖRG - successfully closed ist participation in IKOR AG, a company active in the space of software consulting.
