Dilan Mienert is a certified specialist lawyer for intellectual property law and an Associate Partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Berlin. She advises national and international clients at the intersection of intellectual property, IT law and artificial intelligence.
Dilan Mienert advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property, with a particular focus on trademark and copyright law as well as unfair competition and media law. Drawing on her experience, she represents clients in both litigation and out-of-court proceedings. Another core focus of her practice is the drafting and negotiation of agreements for technology-driven and digital business models, in particular IT and licensing agreements.
