Dilan Mienert advises national and international companies in the fields of IP, IT and data protection. She specialises in the areas of trademark and copyright law, competition and distribution law, as well as artificial intelligence law. In addition to assisting in IP and commercial law disputes both in and out of court at a national and international level, she also handles associated contract preparation and data protection law issues.

After studying law at the Universities of Freiburg and Heidelberg, Dilan Mienert completed her law training at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe after practical experiences at the VGH Mannheim and an international law firm in Brussels. She is completing her PhD at the University of Würzburg under Prof. Dr. Eckhard Pache on the topic of "Artificial Intelligence in the context of the General Data Protection Regulation".

She was admitted to the Berlin Bar Association in 2021.
