Dr Ines Holz advises national and international clients on all matters of corporate law.

Her focus is on M&A transactions and structural measures under corporate law.

She also specialises in corporate contracts and litigation.

Dr Ines Holz has been an associate at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in the Cologne office since March 2021.

After studying law at the University of Bonn, she worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Labour and Commercial Law of the University of Cologne as well as in an international commercial law firm in Cologne and obtained her doctorate on a corporate and professional law topic under Professor Dr Martin Henssler. She then completed her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, with clerkships that included international commercial law firms and Thammasat University of Bangkok.

She was admitted to the bar in 2021.
