Felix Mann advises national and international companies on insolvency law and restructuring. In particular, he has experience in advising on complex out-of-court restructurings. In addition, he advises companies and their executive bodies on contract-, corporate- and commercial law issues. A further focus of his legal practice is the procedural enforcement and defense of directors' and officers' liability and insolvency avoidance claims.

His industry focus is on industry, trade and services and the real estate sector.

Before joining GÖRG, Felix Mann worked for several years as a lawyer in the areas of restructuring/insolvency law and litigation at a major US law firm in Frankfurt.  

After completing his law studies at the Universities of Jena and Bremen, Mr. Mann completed his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Bremen, with stages at leading international commercial law firms in Hamburg (restructuring and insolvency) and Brussels (competition and antitrust law) as well as at the German Foreign Office in Rio de Janeiro.

He was admitted to the bar in 2021.

In addition to his legal qualifications, Mr. Mann, as a business economist (VWA), also has business expertise. As a real estate specialist (IHK), he also worked in a responsible position in the real estate industry for several years before taking up his law studies.
