This focus has provided her with extensive expertise, particularly in complex real estate transactions. She supports- from controlling the due diligence process to structuring transactions, and preparing and negotiating necessary agreements.
Another focus of her consultancy is in the area of real estate financing, in turn-around situations, particularly in the support of the takeover of management functions at the level of owner/property companies (PropCo) - including asset management, domiciling nationally and abroad, and corporate services. Project mandates usually include restructuring liabilities, increasing or maintaining the strategic and operative value of the real estate, as well as valuation of the object; in this context, assistance in the numerous necessary remodelling, expansion and maintenance measures are also included.

Prior to joining GÖRG, she worked as a commercial lawyer in a leading position in the field of insolvency proceedings of natural persons in an insolvency administrator's office in Frankfurt.
After studying business law at the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences, Tamara Schwarz completed her Master LL.M. in insolvency law and restructuring. She then graduated in real estate economics at the European Business School (EBS) in Oestrich-Winkel in 2018.
