The GÖRG's partners' meeting last Friday decided to appoint Dr Ruth Büchl-Winter and Dr Dominik König to the partnership with effect from 1 January 2025. In addition, a further 15 lawyers from the firm's own ranks will be promoted.

Dr Dominik König is an insolvency administrator at GÖRG in Munich. He advises national and international companies on all legal matters related to insolvency administration, as well as insolvency and restructuring law.
