Dr. Franz Hürdler, LL.M. advises nationally and internationally active companies on all issues of individual and collective labour law.

He has particular experience in advising on reorganisations and restructurings under employment law and negotiating works agreements outside and within insolvency.

A further focus of his work is the drafting, implementation and termination of employment and service contracts as well as the representation of employers before all instances of the labour courts.

Career

Dr. Franz Hürdler is a lawyer at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. 

After studying law at the University of Bayreuth, Dr. Franz Hürdler, LL.M. completed his doctorate on legal issues relating to works constitution law in corporate structures with matrix organisation.

He then completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Frankfurt (Oder), including positions in the Foreign Trade and Law Department of the Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Dr. Franz Hürdler, LL.M. is admitted to the Berlin Bar Association.
