Dr. Franz Hürdler, LL.M. advises national and international companies in all matters of labour and employment law. He specialises in the areas of individual and collective labour law as well as litigation.

Dr. Franz Hürdler advises nationally and internationally active companies on all issues of individual and collective labour law.
He has particular experience in advising on reorganisations and restructurings under employment law and negotiating works agreements outside and within insolvency.
A further focus of his work is the drafting, implementation and termination of employment and service contracts as well as the representation of employers before all instances of the labour courts.
Dr Franz Hürdler is a lawyer at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.
He studied law at the University of Bayreuth and completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Brandenburg Higher Regional Court with stations at, among others, the Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Department of Foreign Trade and Law.
In addition, Dr Franz Hürdler completed his doctorate on questions of works constitution law in a group with a matrix organisation.
