Dr Franz Hürdler, LL.M. is an associate at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Berlin. He advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective labour law.
Dr. Franz Hürdler has extensive experience in advising companies on employment law in reorganisations, restructurings and the negotiation of company agreements, both in normal business situations and in insolvency proceedings.
A further focus of his work is the drafting, implementation and termination of employment and service contracts as well as the representation of employers before all instances of labour jurisdiction.
