Alessio Saponaro advises national and international companies in all core areas of corporate law, in M&A transactions and in the private equity and venture capital sector.

He specialises in corporate law advice and support for company formations and restructurings as well as corporate governance issues and corporate litigation. With a practice-orientated approach, he supports clients in developing suitable solutions for their corporate law issues.
