Dr Martin Stockhausen is a lawyer and partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Cologne, specialising in restructuring and insolvency law. As an experienced expert, he advises national and international companies on legal issues relating to restructuring processes and insolvencies, as well as on banking and corporate law issues.
In his long career, Dr Stockhausen has dealt intensively with banking, corporate insolvency and real estate law. As a member of the German Bar Association and various professional organisations, he is well networked in the sector and is actively involved in legal discussions.
His expertise and experience enable him and his team to develop customised solutions for clients and to provide them with optimal advice and representation in crisis situations.
