Katharina Reiners, LL.M. is a lawyer and Counsel at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Cologne. She specialises in public commercial law, in particular water law, pollution control and nature conservation law as well as construction law. As an expert, she advises national and international energy companies as well as municipal energy suppliers in complex legal matters.
Her expertise covers various areas of the energy sector, including the authorisation of renewable and conventional energy projects. She has many years of experience in assisting with authorisation procedures for wind farms and ground-mounted photovoltaic systems, both onshore and offshore.
