Together with the team, Nico Reisener, LL.M. advises nationally and internationally active companies on restructuring and insolvency issues. He assists in the restructuring of companies as going concerns in the context of insolvency proceedings. 

Due to his experience in data protection and his training as a certified data protection officer as well as a certified data protection auditor, he advises and supports companies on all issues of data protection and the implementation of data protection law requirements.

Nico Reisener, LL.M. is a commercial lawyer at GÖRG Insolvenzverwaltung Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.

Before joining GÖRG, he worked as a commercial lawyer and data protection officer at a major law firm in Berlin specializing in insolvency law.
After studying business law at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences, he initially worked for a business law firm as a management consultant, mainly in start-up consulting.

He then worked for an insolvency law firm and at the same time focused on quality management and data protection.
