Together with the team, Nico Reisener, LL.M. advises nationally and internationally active companies on restructuring and insolvency issues. He assists in the restructuring of companies as going concerns in the context of insolvency proceedings.
Due to his experience in data protection and his training as a certified data protection officer as well as a certified data protection auditor, he advises and supports companies on all issues of data protection and the implementation of data protection law requirements.
Nico Reisener is also the firm's data protection officer.
