GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised the shareholders of sepago GmbH on the sale of the company to a subsidiary of the Swedish Proact IT Group AB. Closing of the transaction has already occured.
sepago GmbH is a leading IT consulting company with over 85 employees that provides services in the areas of cloud computing, IT security and organizational consulting in particular to medium-sized and large companies and supports their digital transformation.
